Lesly Hernández

Lead Designer
Lesly is an enthusiastic and dedicated designer that fulfills her career as an interior designer. In 2012, she obtained her Bachelor´s Degree in Interior Design from "Universidad Del Noreste" (UNE) in Tamaulipas, Mexico. She also earned a Master´s Degree in "Universidad de Salamanca" (USAL), in Europe with concurrent work experience.
Lesly has been trained in execution and development of Autocadesk AutoCAD, Autodesk 3DMax, Archi-CAD, SketchUP with V-Ray tool, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and more.
She comes with a background of working for 4 years at a local company located in McAllen, TX. Focusing primarily on design and customer service, her responsibilities include supervision and installation of custom-made furniture, execution of the workshop of 3D drawings, as well as 2D architecture plans. With excellent performance and conduct she manages administration work with progress payments, volume of work quantifications, field reports of installation advances, with a focus on customer experience.
Lesly started with La-Z-Boy in 2018 as an in-store designer and is now our Lead Designer in the South Texas La-Z-Boy Family. She believes design is a way of art, and a way of expression, each one of us have our own voice and we need to listen. Interior design is the way you express yourself through the space you create. And she is here to apply her knowledge and make your space your own piece of art.
Vanessa Thorn

Interior Designer
Vanessa is a native of Corpus Christi, TX. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and came to La-Z-Boy with an extensive background in visual merchandising and retail management. As a creative professional, Vanessa uses her flair for fashion and sense of style to develop and color coordinate designs by selecting essential and decorative elements to make a fresh space functional and inviting.
Vanessa really enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She uses her spare time experimenting with a variety of new recipes. Her hobby is beautifying her house and creating a nice presentation in a functional living space for her family. Retail therapy and finding special elements to bring to her home is what makes everything even more fabulous.
Nancy Tindell

Nancy's passion is Design and Art. She has been in the design industry since receiving her degree 28 years ago. There is nothing more exciting to her than transformation, metamorphosis.
Designing spaces and creating the look that reflects the spirit and style of her clients.
She is known for extensive interior consulting work for commercial offices, residential homes and model apartments. Whether reconfiguring existing spaces from color consultations to furniture layouts, accessories , selections of artwork and much more.
